We understand that not everyone can go to a bank and get a loan. This can be for a number of reasons usually credit file issues , a divorce, not a big enough deposit, income hard to prove for example self employed people , not in your job long enough, no genuine savings, recently moved and a host of other scenarios.
If you are sick of paying dead rent money and want to own your own home and the bank wont consider you we will in most cases. We are not a bank but offer vendor terms to buyers who cant get a traditional loan. This is also known as vendor finance or rent to own and has been around for a long time and is recognised by the State and Federal Governments of Australia as genuine lending and will pay all grants associated with housing purchases such as the first home owner grants .

We Finance homes to anyone with a job we are not concerned with your credit issues only your ability to repay the loan. If you have a good job you are nearly qualified , This is commonly referred to as an instalment contract it mirrors a bank loan but has a couple of differences. Your name does not go on the title until one third of the purchase price is paid off. Repayments are weekly not monthly and finally you must occupy the property you cannot move out and rent it out to a third party.
